Does it have a scent?
No added scent. Our Baby Balm has a very mild, natural aroma from the raw oils and botanical infusions like calendula and chamomile. There are no essential oils or artificial fragrances, only the subtle scent of real, gentle ingredients.
How do I use it?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. It’s perfect for delicate areas like faces, hands, nappy areas, or any patches of dry, irritated skin. Warm it slightly between your fingers for easier application. Use as often as needed.
Is it safe for newborns?
Yes. Our Baby Balm is formulated specifically for sensitive, delicate skin, including newborns. It’s free from essential oils, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, and common irritants.
Can adults use it too?

How should I store it?
Keep your balm in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight. In warmer weather, it may soften or melt slightly. If it does, simply pop it in the fridge to firm it up again, it won't affect the quality.
Will it feel greasy?
No. Thanks to the blend of grass-fed tallow and lightweight botanicals like jojoba and Kalahari melon seed oil, it absorbs beautifully into the skin without leaving a heavy or greasy residue. A little goes a long way.
Why do my balms look different?
We use only raw, natural ingredients and make everything in small batches, you may notice slight differences in texture, colour, or scent from time to time. Nature isn’t uniform, and neither are we.
Does it contain preservatives?
No. Our Baby Balm is anhydrous (contains no water) and naturally stable, meaning it doesn’t require preservatives or synthetic stabilisers. Just keep water out of the tin and always use clean, dry hands when applying.
